Gluesync 2.1.3 has arrived, bringing powerful new capabilities to this real-time data integration platform. This update introduces support for IBM Db2 LUW, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 integration and enhanced group scheduling functionality. Following the 2.1.2 release that enhanced monitoring and scheduling capabilities, this version expands Gluesync’s enterprise connectivity options while improving operational efficiency.

What’s new in Gluesync 2.1.3

IBM Db2 LUW support: enterprise database integration

The updated IBM Db2 LUW triggers-based agent with full support for Gluesync 2 enables enterprises to:

  • synchronize data between IBM Db2 LUW and other supported platforms;
  • capture changes from Db2 databases using an efficient triggers-based approach;
  • target Db2 LUW for data consolidation from multiple sources.

This addition expands Gluesync’s enterprise database coverage, providing organizations with mainframe and midrange systems a reliable path for modern data integration.

Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 Connector

The new Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 agent (target only) enables organizations to:

  • stream real-time data changes directly to Azure Data Lake Storage;
  • build scalable data lake architectures with continuously updated data;
  • support big data analytics and machine learning workflows.

This connector bridges operational systems and cloud-based analytics platforms, enabling more timely insights from enterprise data.

Enhanced Group scheduling

Gluesync 2.1.3 improves operational efficiency with Group-based task scheduling capabilities:

  • schedule tasks for entire groups of entities instead of configuring each individually;
  • apply consistent scheduling policies across related data entities;
  • reduce administration overhead for complex data environments.

Conditional pre-snapshot deletion

The new Conditional deletion ahead of snapshot feature provides unprecedented control over target data:

  • define custom filter conditions to selectively delete target data before snapshot execution;
  • implement complex data retention policies during synchronization;
  • support incremental data refresh scenarios with greater precision.

Enterprise-ready data integration platform

Gluesync 2.1.3 represents another significant advancement in enterprise data integration technology. By expanding connectivity options and improving operational efficiency, this release helps organizations manage complex data environments with greater flexibility and control.

The introduction of IBM Db2 LUW support addresses a critical enterprise integration need, while the Azure Data Lake Storage connector provides a pathway to cloud-based analytics. Combined with enhanced group scheduling and conditional data controls, Gluesync continues to evolve as a comprehensive solution for demanding data integration challenges.
