The latest update to MOLO17’s real-time data integration platform introduces YugabyteDB support, 4x faster snapshot performance and brings the Chronos Scheduler module directly into the UI, expanding the platform’s capabilities for enterprise data integration.

What’s new in Gluesync 2.0.10

With Gluesync version 2.0.10, users gain substantial performance improvements and new integration options. This release builds upon the foundation established in 2.0.9, furthering MOLO17’s commitment to creating a powerful and extensible data integration ecosystem.

YugabyteDB agent: connect with distributed SQL databases

Gluesync 2.0.10 expands database connectivity with full YugabyteDB support. This new agent enables both source and target connections with YugabyteDB in your data pipelines.

Key features include:

  • native support for YugabyteDB’s smart drivers;
  • dedicated cluster awareness capabilities;
  • built-in load balancing;
  • seamless integration into existing data architectures.

Snapshot performance: 4x faster data processing

Performance improvements take center stage with the introduction of write parallelism at the entity level for snapshot tasks. This enhancement delivers:

  • 4x improvement in snapshot speed;
  • significantly reduced data migration times;
  • custom parallelism levels (up to 8 threads per entity);
  • granular performance control based on specific requirements.

Chronos Scheduler: task automation in the UI

The Chronos Scheduler module is now fully integrated and configurable directly from the Gluesync UI. This integration makes task automation more accessible and user-friendly.

Chronos enables users to:

  • schedule recurring operations;
  • automate entity and pipeline management;
  • run snapshots at specified intervals;
  • control everything through the intuitive Gluesync interface.

New proxy architecture for module support

To support the growing ecosystem of Gluesync modules, version 2.0.10 introduces a new proxy-oriented architecture for docker users. This architecture:

  • leverages Traefik reverse proxy technology
  • intelligently forwards requests based on URL paths
  • makes modules true first-class citizens within the platform
  • includes upgraded docker-compose configurations

Note: this upgrade does not affect Kubernetes users.

Additional improvements

The release also includes:

  • new document key separator options for NoSQL and Event Streaming agents;
  • refined pipeline and agent setup wizard;
  • various performance optimizations;
  • bug fixes and stability improvements.

Upgrading to Gluesync 2.0.10

With Gluesync 2.0.10, MOLO17 delivers significant performance improvements and enhanced integration capabilities. The addition of YugabyteDB support expands database connectivity options, while the dramatically faster snapshot processing improves operational efficiency.

This release builds upon the internationalization, monitoring improvement sand developer tools introduced in 2.0.9, creating an increasingly powerful and flexible data integration platform.
