G-Able, a leading IT solutions provider in Thailand, recently partnered with MOLO17. Together, we’ve delivered a groundbreaking solution for Thailand’s largest telecommunications company. The client needed a Customer 360° platform to serve over 45 million mobile users. Specifically, the platform required data aggregation from multiple silos with millisecond response times. Consequently, G-Able combined Aerospike with Gluesync. This setup met extreme performance demands while maintaining data consistency across heterogeneous systems.
Modernizing telecommunications: real-time synchronization with MOLO17 Gluesync
G-Able faced a significant challenge: their telco customer needed to set new standards for mobile application responsiveness, requiring data to be transaction-proof for billing accuracy while meeting strict SLAs for a service used 24/7 by approximately 45 million users. The project demanded end-to-end latency within 10-45 milliseconds per transaction, handling 60,000 to 100,000 transactions per second across 2 terabytes of unique data.
To meet these demanding requirements, G-Able partnered with MOLO17 and Aerospike. The company selected Aerospike, a high-performance NoSQL database platform designed for mission-critical applications with sub-millisecond read/write capabilities. MOLO17’s Gluesync was chosen to provide the crucial integration layer, seamlessly connecting Aerospike with multiple source systems including MS SQL Server 2019, Oracle 11.2g, PostgreSQL 12, and MongoDB 5.
After thorough evaluation, Gluesync’s ability to perform fast and parallelized data movement tasks while maintaining data consistency across heterogeneous systems proved to be the perfect solution. The combination of Aerospike’s speed with Gluesync’s reliable integration capabilities allowed G-Able to deliver a flawless mobile application experience, meeting their customer’s ambitious performance and scalability goals.
“Gluesync was the game-changer in our journey to real-time data integration. Its speed, reliability, and Kubernetes-native architecture enabled us to guarantee data consistency and integrity across systems—while exceeding expectations for performance and scalability."

Transformative results
With Gluesync in production, G-Able has achieved a remarkable transformation in their operations, including:
- ultra-fast data processing: Successful offloading of approximately 5 terabytes of data from multiple sources in a timely fashion, with data flows maintaining ultra-low latencies to feed the customer’s mobile app, APIs, and Kafka queues.
- simplified pipeline management: The ability to easily create new data pipelines as business needs evolve, allowing for continuous improvement of the platform.
- enhanced scalability: Gluesync’s support for Kubernetes improves scalability, high availability, resource efficiency, and portability across the entire infrastructure.
- robust disaster recovery: A comprehensive disaster recovery site is in place to take over if the Primary Domain Controller (PDC) fails, ensuring business continuity.
By integrating Gluesync into their operations, G-Able has taken a significant step toward delivering a revolutionary customer experience platform for their telecommunications client. With Aerospike as the performance backbone and Gluesync enabling seamless data replication, they have successfully built a solution that serves 45 million users with exceptional speed and reliability.
