Introducing new Status Page: real time transparency for our cloud services
2026-06-27 · /gluesync-integrates/introducing-new-status-page-real-time-transparency-for-our-cloud-services/
Full operational transparency is a key component of enterprise-grade reliability. As our infrastructure scales and supports a growing number of global platforms, keeping our customers and partners instantly informed about our system health is a top priority.
This is why we have launched our centralized monitoring hub: status.molo17.com.
This new dedicated portal allows users, DevOps teams and IT administrators to instantly check the live operational status, uptime performance and service availability of all MOLO17 customer-facing services and infrastructures, including Gluesync.
Real-time visibility and service availability tracking
MOLO17 Status Page acts as a single source of truth for our infrastructure’s health. Instead of waiting for support desk updates, customers can now independently verify system performance at any given moment.
Key features of the platform include:
- Live system status: immediate visibility into whether our exposed services, APIs and cloud components are fully operational.
- Incident transparency: in the rare event of a service disruption or scheduled maintenance window, the page provides real-time updates, detailed incident logs and estimated times to resolution (ETR).
- Historical uptime data: access to past performance metrics, proving our continuous dedication to meeting and exceeding strict enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Empowering proactive IT operations
With data pipelines and cloud architectures running 24/7, technical teams need immediate answers when troubleshooting. Public access to our real-time health metrics eliminates guesswork, allowing your DevOps and IT infrastructure teams to verify system status instantly and maintain full control over their integrations.
We invite all our clients and partners to bookmark the page and stay informed on our infrastructure performance.

Key milestones to track
The roadmap outlines specific modules and capabilities currently scheduled for upcoming releases. If you are planning infrastructure updates, you can now monitor the progress of:
- Ecosystem and new Agents: track the development of highly requested enterprise connectors, including SAP HANA (both as source and target), Amazon Redshift as a target agent and new dedicated SaaS connectors.
- SaaS and hybrid architecture: monitor the rollout of Gluesync Connect®, our upcoming hybrid-SaaS deployment model.
- Infrastructure resilience: follow the implementation of automated failover via disaster recovery instances (active-passive clusters) designed for high-availability enterprise workloads.
- Advanced pipeline observability: track the next evolutions of our monitoring tier, including the upcoming Notifications Hub, smart alerting mechanisms and enriched Prometheus metrics.
- Developer and Query tools: following the successful launch of Query Studio, you can now track the progress of the upcoming MCP Server, alongside native AI capabilities and the Gluesync Resolver logic.
Aligning development cycles
Security capabilities continue to evolve, with User Realm management, RBAC and OIDC/SSO integration among the security enhancements currently in progress.
While milestones are subject to change based on engineering priorities and customer feedback, publishing this roadmap allows you to align your internal architecture planning with Gluesync’s development trajectory.
Have a specific requirement or want to suggest a new feature? If a connector or capability you need isn’t listed yet, you can submit your request directly to our team through the public portal: submit a Gluesync Feature Request
